Well-Trained Tutors

When our tutor walks into your school, they will be well-trained and supplied with a Tutor Box complete with teaching materials, emergency forms, progress reports, attendance sheets, and all other required materials. Our tutors are ready to go and they know what to do so that you do not have to worry.

Ready to go by October 15

We know the importance of having our program working before the Federally mandated deadline. By starting on time, each eligible student will have completed our program before the FCAT. We have well-tested programs in place to ensure we have qualified tutors who meet security clearances, have been trained, have their materials in hand, and are ready to work.

Developing Student Learning Plans

We are well familiar with the Sunshine State Standards and Guidelines needed to prepare a proper Student Learning Plan. Curriculum Specialists work directly with our tutors, parents, teachers, and facilitators to create custom Student Learning Plans. All Student Learning Plans are approved and signed by parents prior to the start of tutoring.

Child Safety

We understand the safety of the children in our care is paramount. We take complete responsibility for our students from the moment they arrive at tutoring to the moment they are dismissed. Each tutor will be trained on your schools' emergency procedures, and they will have each students' emergency contacts information.

Meeting Federal Guidelines

We work hand-in-hand with school administration and staff to ensure we comply with Federal guidelines and mandates for the SES program.
